Roos Teves – van den Berg

Roos Teves – van den Berg (LLM) is a corporate lawyer with a particular focus on private equity transactions, management buy-outs, employee co-determination, joint ventures and commercial contracting.

She obtained her master’s degree in corporate law at the University of Amsterdam.

Roos started her legal career at Loyens Loeff in 2017 where she worked in the Corporate/M&A department for 6 years and in the Employment/Benefits department for 1.5 years.

She lives in Amsterdam, loves to travel and very much enjoys sports (running, skiing and tennis).
