Niels Douma

Niels Douma (LLM) is a corporate lawyer with broad experience in M&A transactions.

He obtained his master’s degree in corporate law at the University of Amsterdam (cum laude), finished the Law Firm School (with honour) and later completed a mini MBA at INSEAD to deepen his knowledge of management, finance and economics.

Niels started his career at Stibbe in 2011 where he worked in the Corporate/M&A department of its Amsterdam, Brussels and New York offices.

He loves spending time with his family and very much enjoys sports (tennis, padel and football).
