Maxim Terweij

Maxim Terweij (LLM) is a corporate lawyer focusing on M&A and private equity transactions.

He obtained his master’s degree in corporate law at the University of Amsterdam (cum laude), studied at Columbia Law School in the City of New York and finished the Law Firm School.

Maxim started his legal career at Stibbe in 2018 where he worked in the Corporate/M&A department of its Amsterdam offices.

He is married to a doctor that is specializing in dermatology and father of a daughter. Maxim very much enjoys sports (running, cycling, skiing and fitness) and travelling.
