Bram Kok (LLM)

Bram Kok (LLM) is a corporate lawyer with a focus on both mid-market M&A and private equity transactions.

Bram was educated at Utrecht University, Tsinghua University in Beijing and VU University in Amsterdam where he obtained his master’s degree in corporate law. He started his legal career at Van Doorne in 2017.

Bram lives in Utrecht and enjoys traveling, cooking and sports (CrossFit, running and snowboarding).
